Refund Policy


We at iBitol LLC, endeavor to provide our clients with one of the best level of support for the issues faced by them.

In case, any client is not entirely gratified with our services we can provide a refund within 7 days from the date of services rendered to the client.

The final refunds will be made after recouping an administration fee of $50 and the Hourly charges for the work completed by us, which in the case of services yielded over the phone, is $50/hour. All the refunds will be in the USD only.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be made out to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same account.

To Request a Refund-
Please email us through the contact form provided on our website, mentioning your unique transaction identification number. Please, allow at least 48 hours for us to look into the matter.

Cancellation Policy


Once the refund will be initiated from our end the service contract of client will be cancelled from that particular day.

Delivery Policy

Delivery time of the product and services will depend on the complexity of the task given by the client and it may take from day(s) to week(s) & week(s) to month(s) for us to deliver your ordered services from the time you place the order and pay for it. The reason it takes this much time is due to the nature of our business, which constitutes using diagnostic tools for the development and testing of application. Delivery time will be communicated time to time to the client once he will place the order with us.
